■  What is Wonder-Step?
Wonder-Step is a special formulation of chemicals that react with porous stone based floors in such a way as to make the floor being treated much safer when wet.  It is an excellent sealer against germs, and bacteria, and it will also make floors stronger.

■  Does it work on all surfaces?
This product can be applied to ceramic tile, terrazzo, concrete, brick, pool steps, porcelain bathtubs and showers.

■  How long does a Wonder-Step application last?
Wonder-Step is long lasting. Depending on traffic flow, a re-treatment will be required about every 4 years.                 
       

■  Are there any warranties or guarantees?
We guarantee that your floor will remain friction effective for a period of 4 years, though it must be maintained with proper cleaning methods.  See your Wonder-Step representative for more specific details.

■  Will it change the appearance of the floor?
With the exception of some marble and vinyl tile, a Wonder-Step application will cause minimal change in appearance.  However, this is rarely a factor, and is barely visible to the naked eye. 

■  How about cleaning? 
The cleaner the floor, the more effective the treatment.  If dirt, oil, and other contaminants are allowed to remain on the floor, the COF (Coefficient of Friction) can be reduced.  Commercially available quality cleaners and proper cleaning techniques are all you will need.  A thorough rinsing is more important than expensive private label cleaners.  

■  Will my business be disrupted?         
No.  Wonder-Step can be installed in the evenings and weekends by our certified technicians.  Note that while applying the Wonder-Step treatment there is only a small period of time (during the cleaning process), that the floor will be susceptible to a slip/fall problem.  Once Wonder-Step has been applied, (approximately 30 minutes) the floor surface will immediately be safer, especially when wet.

■  Is Wonder-Step approved for use in food settings?
Wonder-Step is the only product of it's kind that is NSF approved for use as a non slip solution in food settings.  The NSF Registration number is 136759, Category P1.

■  How long does it take to complete?
Our trained personnel normally treat in excess of 250 square feet per hour from start to finish.

■  Can Wonder-Step reduce my insurance costs?
Check with your insurance agent.  Insurance companies should be willing to negotiate a lower rate.  If the slip/ accident rate is decreased, them the premium should go down.
